Well they are pirates, the name pirate strikes fear in people. The main tactic used by pirates of yore and today is fear. Look at Blackbeard, he manipulated how he looked as to make himself more fearsome. That being said, it is kind of crazy that 8 or so Somali's can take over a giant tanker.But with out guns on board, the advantage is theirs. Hmm, water cannon or RPG.
