So we have 5 dead pirates (2 killed by the French, 3 by Americans) one captured pirate who will potentially stand trial in the US.
We also have 4 pirated ships and 60 hostages.
Therefore: Pirates 60 (with in 24 hours) --> NATO/EU/UN 5( in 1 week)

Agreed. Despite the coverage of the "epic battle", successful rescue of an American sea captain, and heroism of our navy SEALS- the pirates are still winning. Its a shame people are naive to think this can be easily remedied.
